    Runs it most mornings around 5:30am and again late at night. You hear every footfall through the ceiling. Management said it's not a violation.

    Left alone from about 8am to 6pm on weekdays. Constant barking. Neighbors have complained repeatedly and nothing has changed.

    Someone below smokes indoors and it comes up through the bathroom vent. Had to buy an air purifier. Building is supposedly smoke free.

    Second floor corridor is narrow already. Some units store things right outside their door. Tight squeeze with groceries.

    Found it when a pipe was leaking slowly. Took a while to get anyone to look at it. Check under the sink before you sign.
